About Royal Dynasty
Royal Dynasty is a chinese restaurant in Webster, New York. It is listed at 1763 Empire Blvd, Webster, NY 14580, which places it among the local businesses of Webster that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Webster; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in New York are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 4β8:30 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Royal Dynasty at (585) 671-5133; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Webster is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Webster is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I just moved to Webster and saw the recommendations online so was eager to try the food. Chinese food is my comfort food so really wanted this to be my new place in the area. I called in for a takeout order and was told 25-30 minutes. It was only 4:45PM so thought that was good sign as they were already busy and the food must be good. I came to get my order and the person who took my order got my name wrong so there was already some confusion. The place was empty except for the staff who were all congregated and sitting at the bar. My food wasnβt ready and sat there for another 15 mins. (45 mins from placing the order to leaving). I could accept that but the food itself wasnβt great. The Kung Pao Chicken was so spicy thatβs all you could taste, no balance of flavors and the chicken had been fried (which I like) and was now completely soggy. Also, I pulled out about a full cup of just celery from the container leaving a fourth of the container with chicken and sauce. The scallion pancakes were tasteless and not flaky and barely crisp. The only thing that was good was the brown rice which was fresh and fluffy. It was almost $35 for one small main dish, scallion pancakes and a spring

We havenβt been to Royal Dynasty in over five years. Came back, did take out and loved it. Finally some authentic shrimp fried rice that was delicious. My husband said his sesame chicken was and still is the best. Happy to have the regular crunchy noodles and duck sauce instead of pre-packaged. We will be back!

Upon arrival we were the only customers, greeted with pleasant prompt staff. We were given a table next to the fish tank filled with beautifully colored fish. We were quickly brought fried noodles with duck sauce and hot mustard dishes. Glasses of ice water-I requested lemon slices that were immediately brought out. With 10mins of arrival we had placed our orders. Our waitress was thorough and eager to answer questions and make educated suggestions. The dining area is clean, softly lit with ambient music softly playing. Restrooms clean and well supplied. Tina our waitress was excellent-kept our water glasses full and came table-side 25times to ensure all is great. Hot temperature and flavorful.

Iβve been dining at Royal Dynasty approximately 27+ years. The food, service, and atmosphere are great! The restaurant is welcoming, warm, organized, and clean. Every time I place a takeout order, the owners and I have a conversation about family. The owners are down to earth humble people. Over the years, Iβve recommended this restaurant to several family members, friends, colleagues, and theyβve thanked me. My favorite dish is the vegetable fried rice. I will continue doing business with them as long as they remain opened and are still serving the community. 3/26/26- UPDATEβ¦ according to poster/ awards displayed, and top of menu, Royal Dynasty has been nominated/identified as Rochesterβs D&C Choice Awards WINNER for #1 Best Chinese 17 years!
